Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The sticker must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a return through our contact form. If accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post them. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, use our contact form.
